I just buy ustpro, and I'm used win XP, but when make a job like read info always says "Scanning...No respon from phone" and when flashing always says "Scanning ...,phone not found" Somebody please HELP Me..... :( :( :?:

try to check ur com port setting

for using com cable , make sure untick the usb fast flashing

I'all ready check com port setting and untck the usb fast flashing, but still have problem

what cable u r using??

by the way wat model u r try to flashing is more important ... some model utilised different cable,, not all service cable compactible which each other

If its not a cable problem then it could be a problem with windows xp and UST pro. I had these problems and after i installed ust on windows me everything is working ok.

WE DON'T CONECT THE PHONE BEFORE PRESS FLAS ! PRESS FLAS WAIT UNTILL UST PRO ASK TO INSERT BATTRY THAT'S MEANS = CONECT THE PHONE ! THAT THE WAY TO FLAS SOME OF SAMSUNG PHONE !
