yes the IMEi is ????????????????, and no network,thats why i want to rebuild it.

change uem inside the phone with the new one and write rpl file available in support site

these r pre prepaired rpl files which u can use after changing uem......these files will change ur phone imei............for ask to rpl conversion thing their r chances for this (????????imei) problem to be solved without uem change (if uem of phone is ok) and if u need that after changing uem phone imei should not be change then u only need ask to rpl conversion thing

just write UEM using tornado, if can't thats means u must change ic UEM.
