try again and read the format of unlock in the site http://www.smart-clip.com/support.php , i had unlock 2 fones a925 successfully and a happy man with smart clip also i think u need to upgrade the box.

well all said good but smartclip needs to give us proper support on the new model 3g fones that are out e.g A830,A875 and even some new versions of A920 dont go.
