i cant see the mmc on the computer this is my problem but when i put another mmc the computer sees it

my mmc card is completey trashed after i formatted it on my nokia 3300

I had a similar problem. The PC can't read the MMC card. What I did was to format it using a Palm hadheld (m125). After I reformatted the card the PC can read it again. Strange because it got corrupted without warning. It slowed down my phone and the next time I rebooted, it won't get past the Nokia logo. Reformatting fixed that problem. And since I recently backed-up with PC Suite, I restored everything without losing any data.

normally the pc cant read the mmc coz u guys put password on your mmc card alr.. try unlock the pass 1st

Not all MMC cards are compatible it depends on what you have used to format card as every device formats card in a special way and the first 3 bytes of card will determine compatability...

I had the same problem
solution
Try to find an compatible mmc
and format it on the phone
after formating try ot copy something on it
restart the phone
if after restart you can reach data on mmc
THAT MMC IS COMPATIBLE
don't worry your phone is all right :)
