if u have BAD KEY when run the box, u can contact the reseller of red box to get the latest key. ==> They have very fast support... :D

For Information, The latest s/w of red box have the icon with the red one.. n all program have back ground with red color.. (cause old s/w have background white with red)

hi all
i have a serious probleme in my three red box II
at the begning it works fine and now the problme perciste
the first the box error message say " box not found" the cable the usb alimentation the lpt port work fine so i think that the power of red box is umpty or whats the probleme.
the second the bleu light blink all times and it is not fixe the think that there was an instabilité of alimentation power.
the third work with some software lg samsung and the other not supported
so i have invistete a big mount to bought this materiels and now its damged

I just bought a new red box but when i run the program say LG comander, Its says that BOX IS NOT CONNECTED. i have tried a lot but its still does the same! The box is NEW and i have been able to used it at all... What are the solution?? What are the solution that i should take?? Please help me up!! am using Windows XP(no service pack).. and to my point of view windows XP SP2 does not work at all with REDBOX.. it make Illegal error!!
