does anybody know the bluetooth software an driver "package": Bluesoleil ???

I think it´s the most comfortable bt software ever !!! the widcomm which was included on my usb-dongle won´t work good :( sometimes I can´t connect and when I can connect after a short time the connection get broken :(

the blue soleil website has the lastest version for download but there is a 5MB transfer limit iff ur hardware is not from bluesoleil ..

I have the lastest version but its on a mini disk and is over 22 MB in size..i suggest u go to ur PC vendor or someone else u know..who runs a hardwar4e/tech shop and just borrow the driver CD..else just buy it dude:)

If you plan to use it with Nokia phone, you have to upgrade the PC Suite to version 6.5 or above. Support Win Server 2003/WinXP SP1,SP2/2000/ME/98SE. But... this driver has 25mb of size!

hey blue soleil (1.6.x)works fine even without xp sp2.. i'm using it on an xp sp1 without prob.

I have bluesoleil with my dongle which was only £10 from my local aldi store. Works a treat and cheap as chips ! Runs on windows 98 and newer :-)

Yeah its pretty good software, i came with my USB bluetooth dongle, its on a mini cd-rom too.

It's not working on my Nokia Ngage QD PC suite.

wht version of nokia PC Suite are u using just check out on nokia website that is that version compitable for your NOKIA N-GAGE QD and try installing tthe compitable version

I'm using bluesoleil 2.1.2.0 since it came with my bluetooth adapater and I've found it much better than widcomm, yes even the new version 5.0.1.1200. My Qtek Smartphone (HTC Typhoon) running Windows mobile wasn't esay to connect and hhe activesync jobs who was a big hassle with Widcomm and I've also seen many other troubled users both with widcomm and microsofts bluetooth driver. It works OK the first time you connect them, but after that it only connectes "when I feels like it". With bluesoleil the bt-syncronizing is working flawlessly, EVERY time. And my GPS bt-adapter wouldn't work at all with widcomm, it only found the device and the slave-serial port but when I tried to connect I would only get an error telling me that it couldn't connect and when I tried to see its properties widcomm told me that "the device had more than 30 letters in it's name" or something and wouldn't even let me press "OK" to leave the properties windows. With bluesoleil it's no problems at all, my machine connects to the bt-serial port on the gps and stays connected. And when I start up a program, like autoroute 2006, the GPS is located like "magic".. Thumbs up for bluesoleil!

But I would like to use it on my Thinkpad with its internal USB device as well - without the 5 mb limit. So does anyone now of a patch for version 2.1.2.0 as well??

Why do you want 1.6.2.1?? :) Here's a crack for 1.6.1.4. Ask for a 2.x crack instead :D

Bluesoil isnt a good bluetooth software...used it..it isnt that great i prefer widcomm to it any day

For me, BlueSoleil_1.6.1.4_release_050606 is kinda buggy.. Some times Serial connection is not made, and it says "serial connection failed" but the IVT s/w which came with my dongle works fine :)

hey guys, i found another thread that has a latest crack on the bluesoleil software version 2.3 [Only registered and activated users can see links] it says there that it has a trojan horse and does not work but i tested it and worked, just follow the instructions. you need to download the 2.3 version to apply the patch.
