I have modded Mr. Milk's Dayhand Input (Iphone portrait keyboard) for the Fitaly layout.
More info about the Fitaly keyboard layout. ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
One-Finger Typing Requires a Different Keyboard ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
The Fitaly One-Finger Keyboard ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
Minimizing Key-to-Key Finger Travel ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
Eliminating Hand Movement ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
Conclusion: Fitaly for One-Finger Entry ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
They claim to be able to reach 50 wpm! using a stylus on a touchscreen!
I wanted to try the program but it is only for the Pocket PC.

How to install:
Install Mr. Milk's DayHand Input Mod ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
Be sure to install the iPhone keyboard.
Make a backup of the four files (en26.png, eng26.ini, en26s.png, and en26s.ini) in the C:\Data\Dayhandinput\TouchSkin\iPhone_byMilk folder so you can copy them back if you don't like the Fitaly layout.
Extract the files in the .rar archive to your phones C:\Data\Dayhandinput\TouchSkin\iPhone_byMilk folder.
Create a new message with your new Fitaly keyboard (works on portrait only).
Notes:
Updated the .png and .ini files to support PRESS_IMG =1
No drag (up/left/righ/down) on alphabet keys but you can add your own.
Using Fitaly for the first time is VERY slow.
But after a few days of using it, speed is picking up.
The letters are all reachable by the thumb. Very convenient.
More useful than the funky portrait QWERTY of the 5800/5530 C6 fw.
