My compaq presario v3000 Laptop not start but when plug to current only the keypad light lighted.What will be proble cause?

try booting from cd

software and hardware are related
have you tried ?
if yes , you could open the device and look for loose parts
notebooks and laptops are not reliable , and known to have short life

however
most problems tend to come from software not hardware
BIOS is software too

if you cannot boot from disk
and/or removing battery/reset dont work either it may be hardware

then bring to repair-shop
