ok try this solution

Put a simcard thet the phone accept
menu 048263* until you see opcode then put 18*0 press ok wait and put 18*1 press ok

if you dont have a simcard thry this

1.Power one phoen without simcard
2.*#06#
3. menu and then press 048263* fast as possible
4.If you see Opcode enter 18*0 OK
5.18*1 OK

and the phone lock shuld be cleared
