hey what RM converter!!smartmovie is playing avi files that created using its converter and xvid codec...

the rm converter can converts RM to AVI AVI to RM and MPEG to RM the file was avi i am sure

if you are using RM converter than.. the result the avi files cant be playable by Smartmovie.. the only way is convert the avi files once again using Smartmovie converter.... i think that would works

ok the avi that created with this program isn't incoded with xvid plz after convert open the avi file with the smartmovie pc converter and select the codec "xvid" and customize its option to get the best quality and a good size..mine using 150 bitrate and it is good...
ps.don't forget to unlock the converter by using the code generated from your player

one last thing guys how i will install the codec to pc i can open video with my smartmovie

look i know why this error accures..the file path have a very long name and it has non english characters..plz copy the original file to the desktop and then open it using the converter and about the xvid coded it is attached here just run the setup file...

After u install the converter click help & u will see Register. Key in the code from ur SmartMovie player in UNLOCK CONVERTER.

The code unlock by yourself :o Goto Smartmovie menu at your phone put your Smartmovie converter number at UNLOCKER CONVERTER and press the joystick key ..they will generate a number and put it back at the Smartmovie Converter then u got Fullversion Converter :lol: :lol:

ive installed smart movie2.44 on my 6600 ,, but there is no sound of any videos i only get the picture can some one tell me why is it so and how to solve it ?

I already converted music video files using smart movie converter in PC. When I test on Nokia 6600 (firmware 3.42.1) using Smart Movie Player 2.43, the music video runs smoothly. But for the last 15 seconds, the video stops but the audio still runs. What's wrong with my converted movie? I need help from you guys who has successfully made smart movie files.
My settings are :

Video setting:
Lanscape
Reduced framed
Bitrate : 80 kbps
Codec : Xvid encoder

Audio setting :
Enable
Forced mono
Frequency : 16000 Hz
Bitrate : 24 kbps
Codec : Lame MP3 Coded
Volume boost : 150 %

Fyi I don't have this problem with smart movie file that I downloaded from this thread.

I've got a problem with smart movie as well..

Apparently i use an N-gage and when ever i play a file, it plays it for a few seconds then the application closes, it says that 'Smart MOvie App Closed'....
I tried re-installing it and everything but no luck..
I had got through this problem once by fluke but no luck ever since...and im desperate to get this fixed...
So if any one could help me out wit this, i'd be really grateful

hey i have a question too. if i don't have a mobile which has smartmovie, or if i only want the pc converter, how do i make sure it is properly regiestered? is there a hack, crack, or some such other file?

pls. help. i looked in this and 1 or 2 other forums in this site but everyone seems to suggest using the code in the smartphone.

since i don't have smartphone yet how do i use the pc version to convert to .avi or .3gp format?
