I have Original and Loyal Griffin user but my problem is...

I download GUL file after griffin site ask my SERIAL the GUL file diplayed, I accidentally close the windows without downloading my GUL file...

NOW !!!

if I enter again to download my GUL

the system displayed :

We need to do some manual validations on your SN.

Please Register your email and SN, and we will contact you as soon as we've solved the problem.

Admin and Moderators of this forum now I need your support ....

[Only registered and activated users can see links]

I registered also my Box Serial via site...

I email also the sales at GRIFFINTEAM but they said buy "original box."

they do not determine if the box is clone or not?...

what happen? also original box they BLOCKED?

hope anyone can help me about this problem...

Only your reseller can help you this time, as instruction said, you can only download GUL file once :oops:

I'm also face this kind of problem... i just the GUL file from griffinteam within 1 week... now my griffin box can't use even old version coz i run already the version 2.086

[Only registered and activated users can see links]

I hope can solve this week... coz i have 1 gadgets only i need urgent to use my box...

To all have face this problem pls. post here...

if u have ur .gpd file upload it u will be able to use ur old versions

I think possible sir i try to update my Box with gpd but fail... coz if you run the v2.086 the old version can't used need to updated the GUL

I already encountered a problem like that but not about .GUL file...its about my .GPS file...i've already contacted my reseller and all my friends but none of them helped me except 1 person.it's SOFTMOBILE.he created new .GPS file for me co'z i already downloaded it at [Only registered and activated users can see links] and accidentally deleted it...
