the graphics was great but the sound still awful...hope N-Pop

never know which games do not supported..
afaik.. tiger shark, wheel of fortune, moonwalker dont work

The sound sounds awful right now, it's going to be quite a few versions from now for sound to be tolerable. But it is in the menu to enable it, it just soudsn horrid at the moment. If the game you try has no sound even with sound enabled, it's because its using part of the genesis/megadrive sound system that isnt emulated yet.

can you play phantasy star properly on this? the display's way too small! cant read a thing on it! hehe!

you need to use the screen size set to potrait strecthed.. i am able to read or play it using that resolution..
though i still need game genie to play it.. i dont have time to collect exp..

I tried The New King of Street Fighter and Judge Dredd, it doesn't work (loading is OK but no responding buttons). Titles I can confirm OK are: Glock Air Battle, Duke Nukem 3D, Pittfall The Mayan Adventure, NBA Live 95, Test Drive 2: The Duel and a great game I'm playing at the moment: Samurai Showdown.

working list for me so far : phantasy star 1,2, sonic 1,2, street of rage 1,2,3,

mega bomberman and golden axe working also! though bomberman doesnt hav sound! but its a nice game!

still cant read the text on phantasy star2 even if its portrait stretched!! too small! takes me a while to finally understand what is written

cant not be work on 6600 because this can make your 6600 menu errror and app closed childinstaller so be very carefull guys

I think jedihok is very fool about this,so if my handphone want to be format i think all 6600 have a app error must be formated?????i dont think so

i mean.. just in order to make this game works perhaps app error means your phone need to repaired.. make sure no other app collide in this process

any idea what save states picodrive uses ? so I can continue playing it on PC if I'm home.

there is no way you can move the state to pc .. i try it once for phantasy star II and move it to play with PC emulator.. wont work...
but i try to edit the state using PowerHex for cheating stuff... but it works and i send the state to my phone and continue the game with cheat..hehe

I've used PICO for ages.I never had probs with any version on my 6600 FW3.42. The childinstaller error I only ever got from certain JAR games.I guess maybe it depends what else you have on your phone.(Maybe).
Anyway,if you get confused by all the rom extensions like bin and SMD then just try this link http://emu-russia.km.ru/data/listroms_en.php?sid=gen .There's plenty there.Most,but not all work on PICO.Though not many work with sound.Sound is still pretty distorted.Let's hope that it'll improve with any future versions. BTW...I think the newest Pico has support for ZIP files.So now you can save some space on your mobile. :)

picodrive plays what kind of emu? can it play roms other than sega?like nintendo, mame?

True... I looked for ages on the internet and actually found out why coders aren't even developing it; it's because they know that when they do, somebody will eventually crack it and therefore thier months of hard work goes down the drain of no-profit!

There are loads of people who say it's IMPOSSIBLE to emulate SNES because it's too powerful and stuff but the cold and hard truth is that of the above, and that (if done properly) it would be possible to create a SNES/NEOGEO emu for the s60, despite the OS's weak system.

Yes, I agree that the sound is way crappy! Just turn it off. You even will save battery.

i juz hope they come out with 6 button pad.so i could play mk3.

tell u the truth..i am using SX1.. and by making the screen into landscape mode.. i can play sonic or other games and press the button more freely..
imagine SX1 with its keys layout and landscape mode... and joystick in right position and buttons in bottom position

what is the maximal size of rom? ive downloaded mortal kombat from romnation net, and when i try to open it nothing happens :( at the bottom there is no rom loaded :(
