Hy. Please help me. I bought one redbox and I installed software in my PC, but key always appears "bad file". I have key referring to the SN of mine red box... the programs that teem a red x work perfect, but the ones that teem a covered x the red not work (bad file or bad key...). How I will be able for functioning mine box? Thanks

rename the serial number key file to redbox.key and put it with the main *.exe files....then check

sn.key also works,,, no need to rename to redbox.key
