I was asking if we can use grfiin to upload pictures from "logomanager" to a DCT3 phone?? And for a DCT4 phone how can i put pictures,polyphonic tones to a mobile?? Can we do that using griffin??

Yes - you can upload pics on DCT3 phones using virtual com port
