Ok, if you tried to start a game, but it won't start, doesn't work i don't know what, and if u want me to help you, you gotta post me exactly what happens when u try to launch the game. you also gotta tell me how u installed the game. if not can't help ya sorry! plus i can only help people with nokia 6600 3.42.1

u installing it by unzipping all the rar files then you click on the last rar flie and unpack it.
you are left with 2 folders a libs and an app folder.
put ur mmc in ur pc and go 2 system folder and there is the folders called libs and apps. then coppy the contents of the libs folder and paste it in ur libs folder in ur mmc and same with the apps folder.

Does bluetooth multiplayer work on 6600? And can you link 6600 to Ngage etc? I heard it doesn't work because the 6600 can only have 1 active connection whereas the ngage can have 4...

Hey mate. Ashen does work on nokia 6600. It is only the intro that has messed up colours. All you have to do is call your voice mail box or any number, then start the game and everything should work fine and then when your in the game, hang up from the call using the red key and then everything should work with sound and the colours in the game aren't messed up either. Hope this helps!!

I tried fifa 2004 but it didnt work and I have v3.42.1.I REALLY want to play that fifa 2004 on my fone.

You use a memory card reader. Type that in at www.ebay.co.uk and buy one from there. You can get them for about £5 on there if you don't have one already. Or, if you have a bluetooth dongle connected onto your pc, then you can use that.

Have you tried this?? It works for me!!

1) Start Fifa 2004, choose your game mode and everything else, then press
"OK" till you get to the screen with the picture of the N-Gage.

2) Now press and release (don't hold!!) the power button on top of your 6600
and choose a profile mode which has "Warning tones" turned ON (if you didn't
change anything in your phone the profile "General" should have that turned on
by default).

3) Once you changed profile, press ok (quickly) to start the game! Enjoy FIFA 2004
with full sound!

NOTE: You'll have to do this trick everytime you are on the point to start a match.
It's not a big deal it takes like 2 seconds of your precious time

I tried some games like Sky force & N-Gage Sonic with my 3660 V.5.08 , They seem to install fine but when I run them they show an error message that says your memory is full close some applications , Can anyone tell how much memmory do they need to run? I have about 2100KB free on my phone memory

It's my turn to ask.I've download Requiem of Hell,installed on my phone.When I run the game,after the loading procces,just before the game to start,my phone restarts.And so couple of times.Where is the problem,and does it have any solution?I realy like this game and I would like to play it on my N6600.Please,some1 help me with this!

Everyone is having the same problem as you on there nokia 6600. The only solution at the moment is to call a free number before you start the game and then it works but when the call ends or you hang up, it will restart the phone. I think there will be something to fix this problem soon so we can play it like normal.

A free number for example might be your answerphone on mobile. Or your networks help line. Any number that you are not charged for on your mobile...

BTW as soon as you want to turn off "while talking sound off" the phone restarts too for ROH... there must be a way to tell the phone he is currently talking even if it is not

Pocket kingdom should be fine.:-) it works on my 7610 so all versions 6600 should do too (6600 has more working games than 7610)

search for dmoe's topic ngage compability on 7610...use system2 trick..just create a new system folder..i think the best is a new system folder for each game...for ex. fifas dont work together..

"Complete guide to ngage on nokia 7610" is sticky topic right next to this one in symbian games/apps...:-) .like bogachaner says these games need their own systems to run on. System2 trick works every time if game should work on your phone. This is not likely to be the problem with pocket kingdom though. On my 7610 both beta and full version work... See my topic for details that should get it working on everyones phone...

Where did you put the lib files ? Makes a difference on pocket kingdom... Check ngage on 7610 for how to get it running...

If that dont work then you need to study "games with conflicting libs"section on ngage on 7610"topic. It will require you to install an exact combination of lib files in the correct order to get it working. Alternatively depending on what games you have on your 6600 you could use my lib file posted page 2 or 3 that topic then run pocket with libs in app folder....

It is still easily played though, i cant stop playing it ! ... It is a peculiar game in how it works , i have spent days playing about with it trying to work it out. Firstly you need bluetooth turned "on" to play . 2nd this game seems to run when it wants to. Always use a freshly started phone to play.. Just go to the icon and click to open... It may start but probably not get past ngage screen then "app closed 6r39" what you do then is simply keep trying to open game... Normally after 3 or 4 failed start-ups it will work. Occasionally you might have to restart phone again with power button and try again.. I have even downloaded game twice to check files are present in right quantity. What i have found in my case at least is that the aif file goes from 16000 bytes to only 8096 when on card ,this may be my card reader so will be testing that. Reinstall it turn bluetooth on and keep opening it.Once open i leave running until i have had enough of playing it before i close it. It may make your main screen act a bit funny when you use red button to go to main screen but should not crash or mess anything up too badly only game stays on screen for a few moments... If this method works on 7610 it must work on 6600. Please post how you do. Is worth the hassle of this to play as it is an excellent game :-):-):-):-).

Well ashen works fine in the nokia 6600 on my version 4.09.1 . I just make a "free call" to a phone number like voice mail box and then start the game, the intro of the game has messed up colours but when your in the game the colours are fine. If you don't do this trick then the game closes at the start of the intro. Also the sims doesn't work on any nokia 6600, and having a different firmware version shouldn't make any difference because its how much ram you have on your phone, thats what I know anyway. Anyone else have comments about this game.

Nope, you just make a call then start ashen and then when you have got into the game you can end the call and the game will still work and there is no limit. It isn't like requiem of hell where you have to keep the call going.

edit: you can make x-men work the same way, but on my sx1 the screen does not only have bad colors, it is kinda distorted.. not playable at all :(

Yes xmen is similar to splinter cell on 6600/7610 only played a few minutes of xmen on 1st level which is set outside. It was playable but whether that would be the case on an inside level im not sure... Splintercell was just so distorted that it was unplayable on any stage... Have read your post on sx1 topic ref. Wwp and are very pleased it gives you this game to play. The bad colours dont ruin the game in this case though its a real shame they arent proper colours like elder and cod.

asphalt full version is available on forum but if you have got a 6600 or 7610 etc then the colours are really messed up so probably best not to bother with it...no crack or fix available for the colour problem , just the way it is...

it doesn't work for me either.
the only thing a noticed is pressing on the icon of the game
very quickly (or open it with the menu option) it doesn't give an error but nothing else happens after that only the ngage screen pops up en if you press any button again you'll get an error. Maybe it's our firmware:(

Free phone call is temporary fix. Make call then game will run whilst call is active...

Hmm...I know one temporary fix without making any free call (I've tried the free calls, but many of them disconnect you after x seconds).

Instead of free calls just run "Smart Movie" program and open an .avi file with sound (example the movie with the funny biker from demos). Pause the movie or I believe the program pause itself after switching to another program.
Works well with KoF. I've notice that some n-gage games needs a slower CPU and sounds OFF to run on other compatible Symbian phones.

Well if the game starts it means that it works :) I played op shadow and everything was fine. You problem must be not in system filder, try to reinstal...

There is no need to write and delete apps/libs games manual any more.Use sis format of NGage games.See my post on NGage games p.262 in combination with dmoe main system files.I tested those sis files on my N6600 (works perfect).First install dmoe main system files (libs,data,programs,sharedata) and then sis file of the games (there is no any libs,data,programs,shareddata files in made sis file of the games becouse there is no need for them thanks to dmoe :wink: )

PS.I will update soon all NGage workin on N6600 games in sis form

Pandemonium need MP3 trick to play.Use Ultra MP3.Play Pandemonium and when You are on the end of the level (first or any other) go out of the game (pres red buton), start UltraMP3,then pause it.Then return to the game (press manu buton long and choose Pandemonium) and You will arrive on the next level (second or any other).Then when You start next level, you can exit the game (red buton) go to Ultra MP3 and close it, and then back again in the game (press long manu buton and choose Pandemonium).You must repeat this every time You before You arrive to the next level.

Bomberman use my sis file (on the topic NGage games from p262-p274).First You install All in One os7 pack (allso on that topic).It must work.There is a sound trick for Bomberman but first install it :).

thanks alot for putting in effort to test out and post for us ppls here. however i have had this problem. for bomberman, there's this library file which N6600 needs to play. i do not know exactly which one it is, but i have downloaded a lib collection somewhere which i unzipped into e:\system\libs, bbman works perfectly then but the libs folder is a freakin 2mb! i think that is a waste of space, does anyone know exactly which lib files for bomberman to work on 6600? thanks

Most of the 3D games won't work normally on 6600,I tried call of duty,elder scrolls_shadow key but both games run really slow and laggy though they work well,operation shadow and crash nitro worked well although the start up menu gives jumbled colors,the only perfect workable 3D games seems to be tombraider and red faction,ashen won't start while ghost recon runs in solarized colors,those 2D games like spiderman,rayman and pandemonium were perfecto to a key 10.

Forgot to add_Virtua tennis plays pretty well along with king o fighters and moto gp.
*BTW my sw for 6600 is 5.53 the latest an dlast upgrade.
