I connected the redbox to the pc, but when opening any software this message it appears, 'key file not found' also message error file not found. May anyone please tell me what i should do, or how i can solve this problem, and what it means?

check for the redbox.key...........it should be in the same folder from where u open *.exe files...........if u dont have this file then u can download this from the redbox support website
