Hi i am currently rewiring my house and im not sure how to wire my network the phone line can be run to either the loft or downstairs so its not a problem where anything is located

here are what i was thinking

that looks a bit how i did it

one telephone wire from basement to attick
there is splitter and modem/router
then from there one phone-wire down to phone unit [witch has 3 remotes] and 2 ethernet cables [ to 2 pc's ]
