Possible ways to solve the problem: ->u could try to search some kind of "unblocker" in the manufacturer site; ->if the mmc is new try to crash it, go to the store and tell them that u don't know how, but the fact is that it probably crashed in the delivering to the strore; ->Killing the guy is still the better idea....
