Fighter is unable to fix this....only solutions is change flash chips.

u can try to use security II to unlock but once your gdfs corrupted then your phone will lock forever
fighter still cant support T39 4 locks

so no help for 4 lock closed in t39?

i have try b4
well results are 10 phones 4 can open...
once security area damage by others dongle then i will say "sorry my fren can't help ya"
the only ways is same as e64y said change flash chip

This is not only a problem of damaged chip. The problem is that usual softwares can't completely repair GDFS on T39.
