I am facing a problem of PHONE START FAILED CONTACT RETAILER in 6600. I have flashed erase file then full flashed the set with both GRIFFIN and TWISTER but the result is same. Any help will be appriciated.

did u try format user are using ur griffin box ?

if Contact Retailer is ur problem u can try using format user area :)

Try to flash with MT or JAF using latest firmware.
