Can anyone please help me out?
I used v5.7 to unlock the phone. But the phone is dead. My phone can power on but can't read SIM card. Even with original SIM couldn't work. It stays there without start up logo. I checked all old LG Blazer versions and the lastest version V5.9b. I didn't find it support 4015.

use latest version 5.9b and use the cable type D 100% works and tested by myself..

this is CDMa phone which are not support in malaysia

Friend there this the new version of Blazer will take that solves your problem.

I have the same problem. I think V5.7 has bug. After I unlock 4015, the phone is dead. I used lastest version V5.9b, the phone couldn't be connected. The program is dead. But I can use old version to connect the phone. Maybe I can flash 4015 then use V5.9b to unlock it. But where can I find 4015 flash file? Thanks.

Friends can be flash file for 4011 it is the only that I have here?

please backup the phone first before unlocking any LG phones...if your phone is still dead then you should contact RASKAL and ask for his help regarding your dead LG4015..
