i'm a new user for redbox , but i can't use it becouse it only show key file not found why.....

did you see the .KEY file?just put it in every folder then you can know use your redbox...btw,if you have an old box just rename the .KEY to REDBOX.KEY and if you have the new box then you'll see your serial number with an extension of .KEY at the end....
