In my country (Viet Nam), any Nokia's newest phone models have the same error: the deskphone can not call to any one who use N7610 or 6230, 6670, 7260, 3220 etc. ... and the only way to fix this problem is flash it with the newest firmware that supported by Nokia. For example with 7610. The newest firmware version is 4.0441, it can fix my above problem, and I wonder why I sometimes fail at the final steps with flashing. I got the lastest firmware from Nokia but if I flashed 10 N7610 phones, I fail at 6 ones. The popular error is at the final step (After Flash possessing) trying auto power and grffin said "can not communicate with phone" and I failed. and then I tried to full erase it but I don't know clearly about what to put in the "MCU line" and "PPM line" cuz the original griffin software has 2 files for erasing rh-51. and I sometime I succeeded in putting the first file at PPM and sometime at MCU even I succeeded with both lines with the same file. After that the flashing avoid the previous error and it continued to the next step is "Full factory Reset" and it failed but it still continued to the "write PP file" step. Sometime it fail. and after the flashing is ok. I put my Sim and press power on. The phone powered but it's locked. I tried to write the original PM of the 7610 phone that I read it out be4. Then, the phone normally works but can not perform the bluetooth operation.???
Someone has ever had this problem and can we fix it for the highest result after flash the n7610 up to 4.0441 in the future!!!
