I have Dell Inspiron N5010 and I recently formatted it.Now I am trying to install the bluetooth driver but it says "turn the bluetooth adapter on" however it is on.
Pleaseeeeeeee I need Urgent Help!!

in control panel go to ; Network and Sharing Center
there are a lot of options there

Or search and install Driver Genius Professional and plug in your bluetooth driver and let it scan your PC for updated drivers. I'm sure it will automatically downloaded the required files and it will work fine then.

I downloaded driver genuis pro and it finds the driver but it fails to download the drivers..............

try ;
go to device manager
right-click your adapter
uninstall the driver there
reboot
windows will search for a driver and if it finds one , it will install it for you

There is no Bluetooth driver installed.........so hw will I remove it???

you see an BT icon in your sys-tray ?
if yes , right-click on it

No there isn't any BT tray....But yes the BT tray is in the processes shown in the task manager!

have you looked in device manager ?
Control Panel , Hardware and Sound , Device Manager
try to find the adapter there [ if something is wrong it has a cross or other mark on it ]
right-click on the adapter
to ;
enable , disable , uninstall , update
