what does it mean? Broken Flash IC?

i think its flash ic problem.
pls check in hardware first, means replace ic first and than again reflash it.

check cable connections.. OK? proceed>>> Flash!
check battery connector.. Ok? proceed>>> Flash!

i have the same problem.... but when i changed the flash ic.. now it's ok... :D

if after replaced flash still same, try rehot UPP.
