hi guys i got one n gage with 4x blinking. i used griffin to format user area also cannot pls help. must we modify the cable ?

try to erase with N-Gage_NEM4_ERASE32mb.BIn

or u can just erase all the flash n try to run back the firmware again.

to solve this problem

1. flash only PPM by select the erase file and don't make full factory after flash

2.after flash you will get fail then just ignore the fail message and your phone will dead and no power

3.after finish flash the erase file, then this time u have to flash the both MCU and PPM (example MCU C1 and PPM 95)
MAKE SURE YOU MUST TICK FULL FACTORY RESET AFTER FLASH

4.after finish flashing then you must write pm file

5.after write pm file then make sure to unlock the phone

6.Enjoy your phone is working as normal

you have to flash adsp... the only one solutions

if you do not want to modify cable then you can buy as sas adapter.
sas adapter will help to put phone in local mode and you can buy from i - phone . org
