im trying to do a upgrade to my smart clip, but when i hit connect it wont detect the clip, what kind of cable should i use? im using a 25 pin parllel cable

try using a 9v adapter.... and try disconnecting ur firewall to do the trick!

i've had some problems with mine! :D
