Information invalid is the same message that appears when i also try to update my box...maybe that's a new redbox...you don't need to update your box if you received a new box...

if you have a SONORK account then you can contact me and i'll help you with your problem...

Sandman the problem is that in all programs ( philips,sharp,samsung,vitel,lg,maxon,nec) show me this message:

This soft are not activated in this Box, Contact your supplier for more info!!!

When i try to update & activation request show me this message:
Connecting to server... OK!!!
Asking server for access...Connection succesfully done!!!
Asking server for Update...
Updating Key PLz wait...

But not update...

I dont have SONORK....

Friend,if you still can't use it maybe try to send your box to me and i'll try to fix it so you can use it.but you'll be the one to shoulder the freight in sending your box to my country.

if you're agree with my idea then PM me and i'll send you my address for you to send your box to me.i'll wait for your PM and please STOP posting or SPAMMING this forum with your messages or you will be permanently banned.
