tol, anong format ng wavs mo? medyo sabog kasi sa ngage e.. try mo yung mga inuplod ko na wavs, medyo malinaw.. yun nga lang, u have to sacrifice the filesize for the quality.. pero at least dinig mo ng malinaw db?

eto kasi ang format ng wavs ko:

16000khz 8bit Mono..

acceptable na ang quality nyan at ang rate ng size nyan ay 15kb per socond..

ung ibang tones ko tinaasan ko na ung format para malinaw.. yun nga lang umaabot ng 1mb ang minimum.. pero ok lang.. naka 512MB naman ako e..
heheh.. suggestion lang po..

Sometimes, even if you stick to a certain file format (for instance, an mp3 file with 128khz and 44kbps), nasasayang pa rin yung space na kinakain sa memory cause the phone still play it on a low quality. Kasi the phone also converts it to a format na compatible sa kanya without changing the filesize. That's why to save space instead, after making your own wav tone, convert it using the NOKIA MULTIMEDIA PLAYER. Save it as AWB (True Tone Format). It will reduce the filesize to a maximum degree and to the format compatible with the phone. Siyempre the quality will be greatly reduce din. Pero yun din yung format na gagawin ng cellphone once they they play it. So size over quality ang mangyayari dito.

Those previous files was in low rate, just to cut up the file size, but ill be uploading it into a higher rate again.

lots of download here, but very poor sounds quality, i hope u can do something about it, because its a waste of time downloading tones with poor quality, sayang gaganda sana nung selection mo. :lol: tnx anyway
lana, kahit maganda ang audio format ng mga files na mada-download mo dito, useless din kasi kahit naman i-play siya sa phone, low audio format din ang result. just because it sounds great sa PC doesn't mean na maganda din ang tunog sa phone. in fact, even if your phone accepts the file in it's best quality, papalitan at papalitan pa rin niya yung format to the one na compatible sa kanya. ang accepted lang ng phone ay wav file na 16000hz 8bit mono. although some newer phones plays wav files na with much better sound quality.

Pero you have a reason to ask the posters here na medyo gandahan yung audio format ng mga files. At least may option sila to edit those files if they want to convert them to another format or babaan ang audio quality. kasi kung ang ipo-post dito ay mababang audio format na, then wala nang option ang downloaders to edit the file, di ba?

Sa mga uploaders ng files, I hope we can arrange something... a standard kumbaga. mas maganda if we post files in wav format, kahit 22050khz 16bit stereo. At least yan magandang audio format na yan. Para yung mga downloaders ay may option to edit the files if they want to. Saka kung wav file siya, may option din ang downloaders if they want to convert them to another format, like mp3 or ogg vorbis or awb or amr, etc.

AaronICK, i know what u mean, pero iba talaga yung mga files na galing kay elyb, maiingay, may hissing sounds, compare sa files mo at sa ibang thread na na pag downloadan ko, ok lang kahit malaki ma-consume sa memory basta kahit papano better ung quality, aanuhin mo yung maliliit ang files kung panget naman, nakakahiya lang gamitin, useless..

well, in my ngage classic, the quality is not diminished so i can create clear wavtones without the worry of the quality being diminished by the phone.. the ngage has loud stereo speakers so im happy... check out my uploads in the first few pages, i converted them into 16000khz 8bit mono.. and they sound good with my ngage.. :lol:

if you need a standard i think we should fairstars audio converter; or dbamp converter. better na ren pag 16khz, mono; kse alam ko ung mga series 60 after pa kaia ung MUKANG stero but in a sense that the series is still faking it; im using ngage and that's why i dont notice or care after all the differences in quality. we should still thank the guys here for the effort. :roll:

the garci ringtones dont have any file extensions when downloaded so just rename and type in the end ".zip" for it to be a winzip file =o)

To all who's asking elyb how to open the garci files here's how

Install either winzip or winrar to your PC. Once installed, download the garci files. You will notice there is no extension or the file is not a zip file in other words. Actually it IS a zip file. All you have to do is RIGHT click on the file then select OPEN, it choose a program and select either Winzip or Winrar (depending on what you've installed) and the file will automatically open the content then extract to the desired directory.

Hope this helps!
