Try to press <**<.go simlock menu then enter NCK code manually.

just press <**< without simcard.
then the phone will ask for either nck,nsck or spck code.
then just enter the code phone will be unlock....

my z1010 codes can not be read by the cruiser i bought last week it says use rsaunlock function first but i dont have the file to restore after removing rsa what shoud i do
