this is cruiser fault, because he not send you the activation, it is not your reseller problem. I think cruiser team have really bad support, and just always want to make money one. Even if you send email to your reseller it is no use, because they can not also do anything if cruiser team don't give you activation.

for my cases i got my activation in 1 weeks time.
a week time my reseller send me back the activation key for me.
so tis is between reseller and cruiser.
Cruiser must confirm the card to reseller to enable the activation string..

seriously i think cruiser team got really bad support, and only out to make money. After a few months, i bet ya support will even get worse, they only try supporting at the beginning, and then after that, they start ignoring people, once they have made everyone buy their product.

do u buy Fighter or Cruiser before???
for my case i get a very good support until now
i got all the access to Fighter file and now Cruiser support area.
wonder did u own any of this item and is it your reseller got u bad support so then u condemed its a bad support....no hard feeling just sharing
