we have windows server 2008 R2 domain network but i don't how to configure regarding internet connection. Everytime i connect the internet[connected to router] my server ip will set to obtain automatically so my client can no longer connect to my server.
is there any role to add for me and clients to connect to internet?

better setup a gateway/firewall in between your router and your clients.
