Please Help me
When I received redbox, using the SN REader, obtained to read the serial one of the same one. I sent the SN to the Support, and received the KEY.reg, after installing key in all the folders, twirl the program and alone me it appears the message: BOX NOT CONNECT. I do not obtain more to read the SN of the Redbox. I tried in other computers and I got the same resulted. I changed new Handle LPT1 and USB for and nothing. The support this delaying to decide my problem, I am with urgency of the equipment functioning, tried of that they had ordered me to make and did not get success. Finally I found that it could be an internal problem, and decided to open box. For my surprise I could observe that it had an emendation in the plate and jumper therefore the same one was breached. Although it does not believe to be this the problem. Already I wrote for the support a set of ten of times trying to explain my problem, but it seems that they had not understood.
It could be the internal software of the Redbox with problems?
I am making something of made a mistake?
The Team of the Redbox, does not have support for my problem?
This only happened with me?
What I make now?
Somebody could help me?

PLEASE KEEP SAVE YOUR REDBOX TO AVOID FROM TROUBLE OR PROBLEM IN FUTURE


Hello

for all users if want no want have problem with your box, read carrefuly :

- NEVER let connected your REDBOX to computer if you not use it
- NEVER REBOOT your computer with REDBOX connected
- TRY to not Switch REDBOX in different computer

How to use :

- Place in same directory SwS software and your SN.key
- Connect REDBOX to LPT
- Plug USB cable in redbox
- Run Software

IF you get problem :

1p - BAD KEY FILE
1s - Solution is to unplug USB , plug it again inside redbox, and run again
software, IF you still have BAD KEY file , then Read SN using SNreader, and
send to support@sws-redbox.org your original SN + the new SN, if this one
is same, juste verify if you have last version of SwS software


2p - If when you read your SN, you have :

2p2 - 000000000000 then Your BOX is damaged, Is the PIC inside, i can not
repair it remotly, this hapen if you let redbox connected when Win98 switch
in stanby
2s2 - you need exchange your box or simply get a new PIC from your resseler
or me, see with your resseler what to do, ( shipping charge are on your
charge if you use special delivry )

2p3 - FFFFFFFFFFFF then try to run Philips software, if after this you read
in philips soft : contact your resseler , Box is damaged
2s3 - Contact your resseler , is maybe only the PIC inside box , then no
need to send back the box, if is the Atmega then you need send back

2p4 - E2E2E2E2E2E2 then is no communication with box
2s4 - Check your LPT settings, and try in other PC, you can try to unplug /
plug USB power too

2p5 - YOUR ID CHANGE , Power from computer is not stabil for redbox , you
switch in some computer
2s5 - I can repair remotly, but better for you to use properly the box in
condition i give

2p6 - you use properly, but you get problem, surely power problem
2S6 - look in memeber area, i have upload one shematique for power
stability, test it

RED BOX IS A GREAT SHEET. ALL THE TEAM SWS, JULVIR, MURPHY (MOVITEL) IS A GREAT CHEATERS. I BUY MY BOX ON NOVEMBER 2004 AND TODAY 30.01.2005 IT STILL NOT WORK BECAUSE THIS CHEATERS DONT ACTIVETED AND UPDATE MY BOX ON SERVER.... GREAT CHEATERS... BE CAREFULL WITH THIS GUYS... TEAM SWS AND RED BOX ....

your problem is in between with your reseller ..you are crying here is no point as www.sws-redbox.org is trying to help you and they have reply to you so the problem is you and your reseller and not the REDBOX team

Sorry MicrostarGSM, but if the sws redbox say that help me or reply to my is a fake because its not true. JULVIR as lock all my emails, and dont aswear. Im sorry but if i cry here is because the team sws see all the post here... ALL I WANT IS MY KEY FILE AND MY BOX UPDATED FOR WORK.... PLEASE ITS ALL I WANT. I PAY THE BOX. I HAVE THE RIGTH TO USE MY BOX WORK

Once again.

I need my key file for my box with the serial number: f3197f1513f7

All of you now that i buy my box on www.movitel.net ( This guy sell the box to: www.liberando.com, www.unlockeasy.com,etc...), on November 2004 and until today all i get of this guy ( Murphy) is nothing. Dont answear my emails, Julvir locks all my emails and the result of this is that i have here one box that cost me 250€ and not work whit nothing.


All i want is my key file and that my box is update to work... Its all i want...

4 months and nothing...

I recomand to you change your computer and please keep your KEY files before
format or change computer, we are not KEY files email robot
