Does "working with 6230 while charging" happen any damage?

what mean when charging you program the phone with the power on?? or use the phone with power on ?? If you use phone on power on only damage on very long time the battery no more

Hi there, I have the same phone and as I'm charging it, I talk on the phone, sms/text msg, play games.. etc.. (if that's what you mean by 'working on the phone') and it still charges..
