I know that, i try but nothing....i enter e-mail adress and enter S.N.....but nothing, say something like sorry your e-mail adress bla bla...what to do....it is more for the old griffin flash files and sony ericsson flash files.....

the activation cod should be your box serial and your email if your box serial not in the system mean your box is not from Griffin platinium I or II
