I am a redbox user my problem is that I have not been able to update my box since I bought it. I was advised by a friend that since is an old redbox I should send the ID to redbox support which I did and they replied.The new update key they sent is still the same with old one; if it does not matter, how do i use the new key to update so that i can use the new update programmes

to update ur redbox u have to login to redbox support area and download the new software EXE also if there is update for ur key u will find it there

if u don't have user name and password fro redbox support area u must contact ur reseller

2.THE PROBLEM IS THAT ALL USERS THAT BUY THIS BOX, DONT DO NOTHING BECAUSE THE TEAM SWS DONT CARE ABOUT IF THE BOX WORK OR NOT AND BLOCK ALL EMAILS THAT I SEND ASK FOR HELP AND THE ACTIVATION.

3.I BUY MY BOX ON NOVEMBER 2004.

5.TODAY I TRY AGAIN CONTACT WITH THE TEAM SWS, WHIT JULVIR,WITH PADERF,WITH MURPHY (MOVITEL - SPAIN) AND ALL THIS CHEATERS BLOCK MY EMAILS.

7. DONT SEND ME THE KEY FILE AND THE BOX IS NOT ACTIVATED....

8. I HAVE HERE ONE BOX THAT COST ME 250€ AND DONT WORK AND THE FAMOUSE TEAM SWS DONT CARE ABOUT...

9. THE NEW SWS SAGEM WORKS? IS ANOTHER FAKE? I DONT NOW BUT BECAUREFULL....
