If you flash the nokia phone from AT&T i.e. nokia 3595 using nbox with the nbox website flash file, the games disappear or went empty, although the wakeup banner of att disappears and changed to nokia hands. Is there a flashfile that will include the games if you flash the phone. I need some explanation regarding this.

maybe you forget to flash the content files

Nokia 3595 has no CNT files to flash. So it shouldn't have to do with forgetting to flash the contents file.
Maybe try flashing using a different 3595 version flash file, and see what happens.
