U relise new version of softwere which is the same as the last one,u relise new version every week....nothing new in did, well in case there is a lot of new phones and u do nothing....u have oficial web site, forum....tell the people around the world how and what to do with new models...u have no support for them,phones die...we buy Griffin to make money,i repair 5, kill 1 new moddel and pay more money for that killed phone that i god from the repair....What u will do with all those killed 3650,6600.....U have to do support in the same moment the phone is relised on the market....in the matter a fackt u have sale a lot of griffin boxes....u must take care of them

I think what the problem is, is that I-phone have taken over griffin team so i phone are the new griffin team and they have there money so they cant be botherd to help anyone. I may be wrong !!!!!

You are very wrong. I-phone has not taken over Griffin Team. Griffin Team and I-Phone are 2 different companies selling the same product. Although I-phone do sell all Griffin Box Platinum 1 and II Original boxes, it does not mean that they are the authors of the box.
