whats the problem
its normal
windows need time to load
and , after its loaded , no problem ? then no problem

you cannot expect a large OS to load in a second

buy or build a desktop

im not sure , but
i think i3 is a 64bit CPU

if so , did you install the windows 64bit version ?
what was the original version ?

you cannot compare 2 laptops unless the are the same
