:D supplied to me by simworks today to fix locknut.f error on latest version 1.18. I was informed new fixed version out very soon.:) just install attached .sis file to phone memory to cure the problem. Br , dmoe

Thats a shame... As using registered not had that trouble. Maybe best to use 1.17 until fixed 1.19 is released. Simworks inform me it will be very very soon...

or use dis version without da fix and just ignore that locknut.f virus alert! :P

Ignoring is an option but i found that after restarting phone the av would turn on and keep doing so even after scanning. It got really annoying ! It just kept getting in the way ! Better for 1.17 i think if not using registered version. Br , dmoe

i don't do that i just scan one time, click exit then kill da AVserver.exe so it won't scan all da time....i even rename da AVBoot.mdl or even delete it coz i don't want it 2 reboot wiz phone
i let dis software running only when i'm downloading stuff 2 my phone like sis apps or games otherwise i do wat i said be4
so it's useless 2 keep it running all da time plus it'll drain ur battery fast.
so 4 me it's not annoying or anything coz i just click ignore one time only :twisted:

Did the update from Simworks for version 1.18 stop a bogus message getting displayed, or does it allow it to repair an actual virus (Locknut.f). I still don't know if I have a virus that cannot be cleaned or if the first release of 1.18 is showing a red herring !!.

erh i can't install the patch too. it says wad only compatible with 1.01 ????

I confirm puffy's result. Patch does not install over version 1.18 and complains that it's good for version 1.01.

...the patch doesn't work on v. 1.18.
just install the v.1.2.1 and the locknut.f problem is solved!
