OK I KNOW wonderswan emu for s60 was never released but since i know that s60 apps are based in c++ language i found a c++ based wonderswan emulator for tapwave zodiac< the palm based game machine>
My thought is if can anyone use the source code of the tapwave wonderswan to create a working s60 wonderswan emu.
i believe that it could be possible because the emu is c++ based
I DONT KNOW C++ so can anyone make a try
Here is the tapwave wonderswan source code
PLEASE MAKE THE DREAM COME TRUE

Learning to program C++ is almost impossible if you have no idea how to use some of the more simpler functions of, say Basic, Visual Basic, C, and finally C++.
Microsoft unleashes hell with its .NET packages, by changing all sorts of standard functions, leaving your old codes useless, so stay away from Microsoft and utilise 3rd Party apps like CodeWarrior.

but there's an option where you can convert your old .dsw files to .sln files when you run .NET
