MathZ is the most versatile scientific calculator:
- its function buttons can be customized to perform all the calculations you need: you can modify the name, formula, position and color of each button in the way that suits best your needs and habits. A total of 36 buttons are available, on two pages (turned with the jogdial).

- it features a general equation solver, where the user enters an equation with up to 6 variables or parameters and lets the application build up a table of the names and values of the variables. The table operates like a 'magic' work sheet, where each cell is both a data input cell and a calculated cell: the user sets values for any variables and asks for the calculation of any other. The package includes a few samples, but you can add your own and record an unlimited number of equations...
- the formula interpreter supports a wide list of scientific functions (log, ln, sin, cos, asin, abs, int, fact,...), an unlimited number of parenthesis, the numbers 'pi' and 'e'. It also supports multiple variables, like you would use e.g. for the conversion of feet + inches to centimeters, and free naming of variables.
- with the combination of customized function buttons and solver equations, each user can turn MathZ into his own specialist's calculator.
The calculator supports standard algebraic calculation mode and RPN (Reverse Polish Notation), with a 6 level stack display. It supports input and display of numbers in the scientific format xxxxxE+yy.
The table of 10 memories, can be displayed or hidden. When displayed, the memories can be addressed directly with the pointer, in combination with the keys STO, RCL, '+' and '-'. This enables intuitive operation and easy control of the memories.
The Graph module displays the graphs of two functions simultaneously. The scales on both axis and the position of the center are adjusted either with the jogdial or by dragging the pointer on the graph area. Calculations of integrals can be performed from the graph view, and an equation solver calculates the points of intersection of two functions, or the points where a fonction is equal to zero.
