i have windows xp sp2 pc with intel dual core processor

i have a query.....
i m using tata photon + for my internet connection.......
can i share my photon's internet on my cell phone via wifi?
i have a wifi usb adapter (iball baton 150m wireless usb adapter)

plz help...........
