Can someone guide me into be able to unlock SHARP CX15 the driversa were installed however im not able to unlock the darn phones.

if you have phone on with sim card in you open redbox and you should see com port that was assigned to this phone go to control panel device manager and port settings to see what port is in use for sharp then select port in rebox window follow on screen will enter diag mode do as instructed in window ans you see xxxx on screen phone thats it follow instruction from there.
