EarthGuardian is a 3D space shooting game. Defend Earth against space invaders, who want to destroy your beloved planet. In order to beat them, you must collect bonuses, that give you new weapons and shields. You can also pay research of new ships and then buy them.

There are two game types possible - guarding planet and racing. Guarding is typical arcade space simulator as described before. Racing enables you get money when you need it and oponent in guarding is too hard.

first you have to go my computer/options/folder options/view and untick the option " hide extensions for known file formats ". :)

i think th explode arena is the best game for mobiles! have you test it?

normal.. not so good, but isn't bad.

The higher the level the bigger they become and the more complex they are. Fortunately you can save the game to resume it to a different time. The AI of the Black Widow is just average - only if you are in the near of her the spider realizes you and tries to catch you.
The graphic could have been improved, especially in the color version - it looks too monotonous and there are too less details.

Black Widow is too repetitive overall - after the third level it becomes boring. All in all, this game is just accepatble for in between or Arcade freaks.

City Builder is a strategy game for mobile phones that puts you in a seat of your favorite mayor. Entering your name and name of the city you want to build the game will start. The game has different buildings you can build: bus station, park, entertainment, villa, house, business center, business building, light industry, heavy industry, hi-tech industry, water reservoir, power station, police station, hospital and school. Each building type has its own price, build time, revenue…
City income is controlled by tax rate which can be changed from 3% to 25%. As a good mayor you have to watch for the citizen unrest and lower the taxes sometimes. Of course, police will help you to create a peaceful place, but not always.
Your citizens may be ill and spread diseases, so help them building hospitals. Educated people will bring your city more income, so invest in your future by building schools all around the city.
Create buildings wisely and allow your people to communicate. Roads will help your people to easily travel from home to work and malls on the weekends. Remember, house with a good driveway is worth more that a house without one.
Of course, every building needs power station and water to function properly. Select positions of power stations and water reservoirs and create industry around them to get higher production rate. But, watch out for the pollution, it will take your funds away because it needs to be cleaned.
Some of the buildings will collapse after 30 years of use, so be prepared for some more costs.

Handy little utility that lists over 50 pub/party drinking games and details over 90 Cocktail and Shooters Recipies, all in the palm of your hand. Very handy for nights out on the town with your mates or for those house parties and BBQs.

Yao Ming is about to take to the courts for some two-on-two basketball. There's only one problem: He's horribly drunk. The Asian Sensation moves at a lethargic pace; thrown off-balance by his alcoholic haze, he smashes the backboard on every dunk, causing game delays. At least the game makes a terrifying "bleep" noise when the backboard is shattered to bits.

If you've played Sorrent's Fox Sports Basketball, you already know what mediocrity is in store for you. Yao packs the same engine and the same "high frills, no thrills" philosophy. Yao performs a no-look, turnaround J on virtually every shot, and his face is nearly photo-realistic. However, the game's horribly jerky control and simplistic gameplay make it an inferior sports experience.

In Yao Ming Basketball, you can play "with Yao" (and a partner) or "against Yao" (again, with a partner). Absent is the online support that Sorrent has been touting of late. When you have possession, you can choose to pass the ball, move slowly to the right or left, shoot, or pump fake. If you successfully pass the ball, your viewpoint will be advanced to your partner's position on the court. This game design choice seems to be Sorrent's trademark, present in almost all of its sports games. While it might make sense for football, this multitiered approach is redundant and disruptive in a basketball setting.

As kids, we all pretended at some point or another to play war – with friends, family or the school bully. Campaign pits you in charge of assorted sized groups of soldiers, with a variety of different strengths and abilities. Entrust your soldiers with orders and watch them carry out the set of tasks you ordered them to do, and react with cunning and speed as they come under fire from Axis troops, tanks and machine gun posts.

The game is played over head, and movement is actually quite smooth with noticable line of sight and gunfire paths to allow you to get your troops into the thick of danger and back out to safety when needed. Think Call of Duty as a top-down slower version, with more real-time strategy feel and less randomness.

The game takes you from the shores of Normandy after the D-Day landing, across half of France as you cross the Rhine to down the Axis in the final battle as you guide your troupe of Tanks. Throughout the game there are several types of groups to make use of including infantry, heavy machine guns, bazookas and tanks, each able to demolish different types of enemy armour.

There is a bit too much button pressing at times, with almost 6 presses needed to manage the moving and fighting for a single unit and even more if you make a mistake. In the middle of a fight, this can become a little tricky, especially if you’ve left some of your troops out in the open. The game gets quite difficult as you get deeper into the game, and if you loose a single unit it’s a good idea to start the mission again if you want to stand a chance of finishing the mission. Oh, and make good use of available cover or you might find your troops turned into good French fertilizer.

This is quite a hard game to master, and definitely not for the faint of heart, but will keep you focused and enthralled as you hunger to finish mission after mission and move the front lines forward to the final showdown. The AI is top-notch and forever watchful, so again, stay behind shrubbery or dying will commence.

Get one of your 14 different clubs and show the hole-in-one trick with Rayman Golf. At first you have to learn the simple controlling, therefore you should do the tutorial, where every key and function is explained very well: First take a overview of the course, then select your club, depending on the distance you want the ball to fly, select the power and then the point where you want to hit the ball to make it fly straight or with a little right/left spin, to avoid obstacles for example.

If you do a bad swing, you can hit the water, a tree, a sand bunker or the high rough; if your settings are good you can hit the fairway or even the green - if your settings are excellent, you can even do a hole-in-one on some courses. But watch out for the wind not to see your ball doing some swimming in the lake nearby. Having reached the Green, the resolution changes and you are nearer on the action - you can put now. Hitting the hole is quite easy, because there is no real roughness. At this point Rayman Golf should have been a bit more challenging not to make it that easy to succeed.

After you are a full pro now, you can go and play the tournament on the 18 whole golf course - the only course in the game. After each course you can have a look on your scoreboard to make sure you are really a pro now. If not, you can go an practise all courses in the "Practice Hole" mode.

The scenario is designed beautifully and affectionately - Rayman Golf features the real golf rules. Too bad that there is only one course and no roughness making the game more challenging. Keanu Reeves currently depicts the witty paranormal sleuth/gunfighter (first seen in the Hellblazer series of comic books) in the Warner Bros. feature film--but while Reeves' wooden countenance is gracing big screens nationwide at the moment, perhaps Warner Bros.' new Constantine game for mobile will be even more entertaining than the motion picture, what with its overhead-style action adventure gameplay. There's no telling what kind of impact the movie's going to have on the masses, but the playtime we got with the game indicated that Reeves may have a promising career in mobile to fall back on, just in case he's spent all that money he earned from A Walk in the Clouds and Little Buddha.

TOP GUN II

Mforma's first mobile Top Gun game was an unmitigated success, both critically and commercially. A year later, the mobile publishing giant is calling Maverick and Iceman back into action for their second wireless adventure. We were able to get some hands-on time with Top Gun II at this week's CTIA wireless data and entertainment convention. With the aid of modern handset technology, Mforma's Korean development studio has been able to deliver a game that looks better and runs much faster than its predecessor.

Upon starting the game, players will be able to choose to play as either star of the eponymous film--Maverick (who was originally played in the movie by actor Tom Cruise) or Iceman (who was originally played in the movie by actor Val Kilmer). These characters fly different birds, with differing statistics, but still face the same missions. In the game, you must dodge and weave through a dizzying amount of gunfire, in an experience similar to that of myriad shooters of the 16-bit era. But unlike in most of those shooters, a single hit isn't enough to kill you. Your fuel tank is instead gradually depleted by gunfire. There are plenty of projectiles to threaten you with extinction, however.

At the end of each level, a warning message will appear onscreen, announcing the approach of a boss character. These monolithic creatures will rapidly fire at you in patterned ways, and can necessitate a few replays. Fortunately, Top Gun II allows you to save your progress between levels, so losing to a boss isn't as devastating as it was in last year's game.

Also, both Maverick and Iceman will have the opportunity to purchase weapon upgrades and fuel recharges between levels, using military medals (accrued during gameplay) as currency. Upgrading your main weapon provides the most dramatic improvements in destructive power, whether or not you're using Top Gun II's optional auto-fire (which we highly recommend).

In short, Top Gun II looks to be an improvement on the original game in every conceivable way. We look forward to playing the final version, which will hopefully recapture the success of its forebear.

The objective of the game is to find your way through the mazes and caves to the exit door of each level. In most levels, you also need to clear the monsters from the area. Your character is equipped with bombs. After you place a bomb, it will explode after a short period of time. The explosion will spread flames in the four main directions. You can destroy monsters by hitting them with flames. Some monsters will take several hits to destroy. There is a limit to how many bombs you can place at a time. If you have the maximum number of bombs placed you cannot place more until some of them have exploded. You have an unlimited supply of standard bombs.

There are a lot of monsters living in the mazes so beware and look for any treasures!

Ambi Stacks

Ambi Stacks is a deceptively simple game. It is a sort of reverse Tetris. You stack colored blocks, two at a time. I found it to be simple to start, but very addictive.

The challenge is to a pair of colored bricks onto two different stack on each side of the play area. Get three or more brinks stacked on top of each other and they disintegrate, gaining you points. The more points you get, the higher the level you move to. As you progress through the levels, the time that you have to choose where to insert your bricks decreases. It quickly becomes a race. You lose the game if either of your stacks fills up!

This game is not revolutionary, but an addictive game, which can be played anywhere. The graphics and sound are fairly simple; the game responds well to the controls; vibration is used to alert you when you move to a new level. All-in-all a nice game that is quite addictive to play.

Damage-San

This game can be sumed up in 1 word - excellent. Although the game could use a few tweaks, I found this game to be visually appealing as well as entertaining to play. It combines elements of action and laughter to tell a predictable story of a samurai warrior who must rescue his brother from the clutches of an evil warlord. Alright, so the story isnt original, but gameplay and its sarcastic one liners are.

When you start the game, you'll notice how much effort has been put into the game. The opening introduction looks fluid and smooth on my 7210. The game's help comes in the form of a training mode where it explains aspects of the game like jumping, fighting and blocking. After you run through the training mode, you can jump right into adventure mode where you follow the storyline and complete levels to save your brother. Gameplay itself is very smooth with visually appealing backgrounds. As you move along, you'll sometimes see the backgrounds change as well as animate. For example, in one of the levels, the story says you are going to a temple and as you near your goal, you'll see the background change from an open field to that of bamboo pole structures - a typical building in ancient Japan. Also, the evil warlord has "burnt" down several buildings and you can see the charred remainds of the buildings slowing burning away. There are some excellent visual effects in this game but too many to go into. Besides the visuals, the character handling is pretty good. Apart from walking, you can jump straight up or diagnoally or block hits. Each has a different stance and animation. Another cool thing about this game is its use of cheesy "one-liners". In one scene where you attack an enemy, he goes " My sword hungers for flesh " and your onscreen persona will go " I see you have guts as well ". Even when your character is bombarded with flying balls of fire, he goes " Good gracious, great balls of fire!". Its kinda of cheesy but it adds an added humurous effect to the game. Add this with the silly smile Damage-San has on his face and you have the perfect action/humour game!

There are very few flaws in this game and you can tell how much effort the developers have put into making the game. One the things that did bug me was the fact that if i tried to execute two different commands by pressing 2 different keys, my character would only do the first move. Also, the enemies in the game are basically the same. They look the same but they dont fight the same. Their AI improves with every level and they learn to block and move backwards when you advance. It would have been much better to see a slightly bigger variety of enemies since so much hard work has gone into other graphical aspects of the game. Also, if you play halfway thru the adventure mode and then want to try the arena mode where you can practise your moves, your adventure save game slot will be used and you will have to restart the level all over again. This is very frustrating as even I didnt know that it would overwrite my previous games without asking.

But take my word for it. This isn't an easy game to play. You have to master when to strike and when to use a 'low' or 'high' block. It takes some getting used to but since you can practise before you start the game, it really adds to the replayability value of the game.

Highway Racer is all about winning: just like any similar game, you are taken into a dozen of racing tracks in Germany, Japan and Australia. Each country presents two tracks on different cities (Bonn, Berlin, Kyoto, Tokyo, Melbourne and Sydney), so there will be options enough for a few hours of gameplay. On each country, you drive a different bike with unique speed, acceleration and tires stats - hanging from a small Yamaha motorbike on Germany (the easier level) to a fast Kawasaki racing bike in Australia. Each race includes a qualifying lap. After that, you are taken into race against 4 other drivers.

Ingame graphics are a little simpler, specially when it comes to track and obstacles' details – they should have been more detailed, so the game would look better during the race, but that’s not really a big issue.

Game controls are it's worst point, and the one that keeps it from being a hit: amazingly, all the bike’s controls are made on the numeric keypad: that means you can’t use device’s Keypad to accelerate or turn the bike - making it sooooooo very hard to control you’ll probably play it only once or twice.

All in all, Highway Racer is “simple” eye-candy for racing-style gamers. It clearly shows that there’s a lot of space for beautiful games in the mobiles world – and that bad gameplay can turn a “good thing” into just “another thing”.

Sushi Tycoon

When I heard the game’s title the first thing that popped into my mind was that Sushi Tycoon was a Japanese Restaurant Business Simulation however the Tycoon part of the title can be pretty deceptive as I found out when the game loaded up on my mobile phone. Sushi Tycoon is a game that’s all about making Sushi and nothing more. Sure there’s the make revenue part and please the customer part as well as the extra bit of serving sake drinks to them but in the end Sushi Tycoon boils down to being a Sushi Master Chef. I guess Sushi Master Chef is too long a title too use but basically that’s what this game is all about. You see, your character in the game has one simple objective in mind, to marry the beautiful daughter of the Sushi Master Chef but for him to be accepted in the family he has to prove that he is worthy of being part of the family, in other words he needs to become a Sushi Master Chef which entails making Sushi.

The game starts off with a delight short ditty and a good looking splash page showing the main characters of the game inside a Sushi bar. Afterwards you get to the menu screen, with the usual options like; New Game, Continue, Help, About, Exit and Options.

Afterwards picking the New Game option takes you to screen asking if you want to see the tutorial which takes you to a hands on approach on making sushi. To make a sushi you have to specify which main topping it has and you get to choose by either moving the d-pad and pressing the fire button or selecting the number of the said sushi topping, there are 10 sushi toppings available like Odori and Tako and they correspond to the number keys in an increasing level of difficulty to make. ‘1’ being the easiest followed by ‘2’ and so forth until the most difficult which is ‘0’ which I believe corresponds to Unagi Sushi Topping.
After having selected what type of sushi your gonna make, the game takes a more interactive turn as half of your screen is taken over by a roll of rice spreaded over your table followed by a lump of wasabi. Now each Sushi Type needs a specified amount of rice and depending on how good you are on getting that amount of rice correct determines the quality of the sushi you’ve just made. But not to worry a flashing arrow will appear on specific areas of that spreaded rice to help in making excellent quality sushi. You just have to press the fire button when your hand meets the arrow. Right afterward the rice amount and depending on the type of sushi your making, you have to put the wasabi if necessary, an arrow will also flash to tell you to press the fire button to put the wasabi.

After all that your sushi is graded with a ranking from around 100 below in increments of 10 with 100 being the highest (60 was the lowest I got). Now ends the sushi making part and begins the tycoon part which is fairly easy, you see all the time you were making the sushi you were in the sushi bar and when you’ve made a sushi the sushi type you’ve made will count as 1 unit of sushi for that sushi type in your stock. Of course as a restaurant/sushi bar you need revenues to keep operating and to make revenues you have to serve your food to customers.
To serve them you actually just press the d-pad up to get out of the sushi bar and another press upwards to serve the sushi that the customer ordered. However you will be having multiple customers so your also going to be using the d-pad’s left and right buttons to switch customers as well as the down button to go back to the bar and make their orders. Also each customer may order several units and type of sushi so before you serve them you better have the sushi types and units they want in your stock already. And that concludes our tutorial.

Next after the tutorial the game asks you to choose what gender you’re going to be playing as, choosing the boy gets you the aforementioned story line. However choosing the girl allows you to be the daughter of the Sushi Master Chef and following in the footsteps of your father you are trained by your mother. The girl’s story closely parallels the guy’s as she slowly falls in love with the guy. This is a nice touch put in by the developers as there are no loose ends and players can choose the correct gender of their gaming world avatars.

At the start of the game you have to meet simple objectives like making a specific amount of money, getting a specific number of patron-customers for your Sushi-Bar and with each level the storyline of your character is explored more and the difficulty increases. More sushi types are introduced to you, customers gets more picky and their tastes gets more sensitive and sometimes you even have to do the additional step of serving sake. At the final level, your final test on the road to becoming a Sushi Master the ever helpful flashing arrow whenever you make sushi disappears and you now have to make sushi on the fly without knowing how much rice is needed for each type. Hopefully by this time you’d have that knowledge ingrained or else you’ll be sinking in poor quality sushi and go bankrupt. Succeed at this test and you become a Sushi Master and get to marry your true love at the end. Whichever it goes the game will record your name on a high score list to show just how good you really are at making digital sushi.

So what can I say about Sushi Tycoon? Well all in all it’s a great … mini game. Yup, that rights, Sushi Tycoon is short game and with simple mechanics it really feels like a mini game of what was seems to be a larger more complete game but alas as I said before the game’s title is very misleading. However misleading the title of the game though, I cannot deny that the game is still well made from the music to the graphics -which could be much more detailed anyway- and even to the controls of the game. I had a lot of fun playing this game, it was very addictive and satisfying once you get started on serving those digital sushi to the customers and getting some tips in return for the good service, and since the game was short enough you could finish it in one sitting as long as you have a good enough memory and not get saturated from it. While the guys at Paladin might not have made a tycoon game they sure did make a noteworthy game in my book.

Fatal Force

Fatal Force is a great side-scrolling shooter that captures the core gameplay of games like the Metal Slug series, though it can't capture that series' frenzied pacing--which is likely a technological impossibility on current Series 60 handsets. What the game does offer is a good variety of futuristic weaponry (including a knockoff of the one-man mech for which Metal Slug was named) and plenty of opportunity to use that firepower. It also provides some great two-player action via Bluetooth, if you're packing the proper handset.

The Fatal Force has been tasked with controlling a growing alien menace by using heavy firepower and extreme prejudice. Your motley crew of special agents comprises an array of cruel racial and ethnic stereotypes. Mostly, you'll be commanding Leon Fournier, a freewheeling Frenchman whose disregard for danger and impractical camouflage colors make him the ideal alien-killing machine. Ocassionally, he'll team up with Jade Hunter, a stiff-lipped Brit, or Nikolai Tremenko, a Russian powerhouse whose ferocity in combat is matched only by his prolific eyebrows. In these instances, Leon's teammates will follow him, mirroring his actions and movements like Tails in Sonic the Hedgehog II. Despite the rudimentary artificial intelligence, these team-based levels are fun, forcing you to take a different strategic approach than you would use for lone-gun missions.

Fatal Force's control is about as simple as you can hope for, with movement controlled by the number or directional pad and gunfire triggered by the 5 key. Unfortunately, chording doesn't seem to work reliably, and some of the game's platforming elements can prove tedious as a result. We tested the game on the N-Gage QD as well as the Nokia 6600, and while it was possible to control Leon and company using only the directional pad and the fire key, it was often pretty necessary to use the 1 and 3 keys for diagonal jumping. This inelegant control method somewhat disrupted the fluidity of Fatal Force's gameplay. In addition, you can enable a temporary bullet time mode by pressing the 0 key. There's no real need to slow things down any further in Fatal Force's 2D setting, so this mode may go largely unused during gameplay.

Further hampering gameplay is a rather serious bug that occurs in the third mission. If you lose your mech/tank too quickly there, the screen will fail to advance past a certain point, even if you beat all the enemies onscreen. This forced us to restart the game several times until we figured out how to bypass the glitch. It's worthwhile doing so, because Fatal Force starts hitting its stride almost immediately after that point. This bug only seems to be present when the game is played on an N-Gage.

Fatal Force's healthy complement of missions spans more than four different areas, though the differences between these areas are represented by little more than slight changes to the game's graphics. Fatal Force reveals its cards slowly by bringing new enemies in to the mix only every few levels. Largely, the new enemies are graphical reinventions of baddies you've already fought, but a new foe will occasionally provide a gameplay shake-up. You'll have to battle both robotic and organic enemies that attack you from the land and the air. It would be nice to be able to aim your weapon up for this reason, but no such luck. You'll have to leap and shoot laterally at airborne aliens. Although its frame rate chugs a bit during large firefights, Fatal Force mainly looks serviceable. Its weapon effects are noteworthy, especially the billowing blaze that slowly cascades upward from your flamethrower.

Although you might not expect it in a shooter, Fatal Force's music is excellent. The background music track only gets switched a few times--during boss fights and during major scene shifts--but what you get is truly excellent. Strangely enough, you won't hear any gunfire or explosions in this action title. The game sports several fairly long loops that are characterized by old-school, emulated TS404 oscillating noises and pervasive beats. It's a bit weird listening to synthpop while smoking aliens, but, heck, if it works, it works.

In addition to its main story mode, Fatal Force also features a skirmish mode in which you can battle a wide variety of bots in deathmatch, capture the flag, and domination bouts, which essentially represent the standard game types for PC first-person shooters. Additionally, you can play these games with a friend (over Bluetooth) on certain handsets, namely the Nokia 6620, 6600, 7610, and 6230. The N-Gage QD lacks J2ME Bluetooth support. There is a slight bit of latency over Bluetooth on the 6600, but it's manageable. Games with bots tend to lag a bit more than games with only human players. Regardless, Fatal Force's multiplayer is highly playable, and it's by far the game's best feature.


The capture the flag game type is best suited to Fatal Force's two-dimensional play, although if you're using an assistant bot, you may find its base-guarding skills to be lacking. It's great playing CTF cooperatively, and it's fun coordinating tactics with which to take down the AI menace. You and a buddy can each choose from a host of potential avatars so that you can differentiate yourselves, and you can play on any of five maps that are adaptable to each game type.

Despite some single-player flaws and that annoying third-mission bug when playing the game on an N-Gage, Macrospace's Fatal Force rises above the pack with its surprisingly strong multiplayer. Players in search of a solid action game will definitely find one in Fatal Force.

You are alone inside a tank in the middle of occupied territory. Ammunition is getting short. Will you survive? You can use three different kinds of weapons - cannon, missile and guided (long range) missile.

You're the driver of a special force tank and your mission is to destroy all enemies in each of the 9 Levels. Your ammunition is rare, so you have to decide which of your three weapons you want to use. Your standard weapon count as one hit, the rocket as two and the special weapons counts as three direct hits and has the longest range. The better the weapon, the lower the ammunition you own. There are different kinds of enemies, trying to destroy you, some are faster, but equipped with small weapon, other are slower but equipped with bigger weapons which will harm you a lot. Your only chance to survive and to finish each level is to be quick or be dead and have a to have good understanding of tactics. You can also collect boxes, which contains nothing, weapons or extra energy, but they're rare and hidden, enemies can also collect them! At the end of Level 9 you have to fight against the big boss, a special tank and be sure you have to hit him many many times.

You can choose between two degrees of difficulty, normal means you own 10 points of energy and difficult means you start with 5 points of it. But this game is quit hard so you really should start with normal mode otherwise iTanx is going to frustrate you quickly.

At the first play the graphics are going to annoy you because you can't really see if you drive directly into a dead end or if you can run over the obstacle or not, but the terrain is build up good and the game runs very fluent and smoothly.

The AI of the enemies is very good, at the moment you drive in their range of weapons, they directly shoot and try to kill you. This means you have to choose a good tactic to finish the level and a good accuracy, or you die fast. Shortly said, it takes its time to be a friend with the gameplay of iTanx.

Nice to see that you can continue at the last level you died or quit and don't have to restart at the beginning.

The only totally bad thing at iTanx is the sound, the beeps are boring and to blame, so I turned it off and never restart it.

file extension rename


In Windows Explorer or any open folder go to Tools/FolderOptions. Click on the View tab and if the option "Hide Extensions for Known File Types" is active, de-select it. Then proceed to rename the file, using the End key to go to the end of the filename and change the extension to "exe."

Java files can be a bit tricky at times. Most of the time, after you have downloaded and saved the java file on your pc, windows tend to change the icon & extension of the file into a .zip.

And this will led to those not familiar with this issue to extract the file. Once that is done, you will see a lot of folders and files. This is not the right way but ofcourse theres a way to get around this. Heres what you should do instead;

First, on your PCs, launch Windows Explorer and then select

Tools>Folder Options>View and "un-tick" the Hide extensions for known file type.

Now only can you see the full extension of a file and change the .zip into .jar and send it to your phone.
