Hello all!
Due to the fact that changing the MMC is a pain in the ass on the original N-Gage, I wanted to install all the titles I purchased on one large MMC. After d/ling the cracked versions (apparently there is no legal way) I tried installing them, but continously get "memory full" error messages. Is there a known workaround for this problem, e.g. an alternative installer or a guide to manually get the files out of the SIS and install them?
Thanks in advance,
Thorsten
Use app/lib versions of games. Transfer to mmc using pc and card reader.. Its the best way.. Moved to symbian games from symbian apps..

Use app/lib versions of games.
Where may I find those? Or is the SIS containing all the necessary files and just needs to be extracted?

Ah, made it by trying: just unmakesised :-) all the files (including NGage All in One.sis) and copied them to the MMC using my USB cable, then plugged off cable, switched N-Gage off and on again - tadaa! End of PITA switching MMCs.
Now where's a really good battery for the N-Gage? :-)

Not a good idea, since after changing the battery my N-Gage requests me to re-enter time and date after booting.
BTW, what are the games named after in the menu? I now have a game called 6R21, actually being Ashen :-). Do I have to change the file name and if so, of which files?

No need for renaming the folder.

It's very easy, just open *.sis file with unmakesis, then choose "extract files" and the program will create in his folder a sub-folder called system, just copy the folder in your mmc via a usb card-reader, please note that you must copy it in the root of the mmc, so it will place files in the right folders.
enjoy

Why don't you guys don't check the Tutorials?
Here on "How to" section in the Tutorials you have a good topic about it:
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
• If you like to go on with questions on that subject do on the link above please, besides that for any other n-gage discussion there is now the subforum only for N-Gage( Ngage Compatibility Discussion ). Topic locked. Br.
