is it possible to play snakes outbreak on a 6600? i've dl'ed it from nokia's site and tried installing it but obviously it won't work. i know it's for ngage but i thought .sis files should work on either phone..

no this game will not work it has been specifically made only for the ngage, so far no one has been able to run it on any other phone but the ngage, and i doubt it will happen.

.sis files will work on all s60 devices but its the content inside that doesnt work on all phones

All N-Gage games were designed for N-gages only...
yet we got them to work on other s60 phones!

And if someone can build something, they can unbuild it!
Hence Reverse Engineers! Its just a matter of how good a programmer is at cracking/modifying the software!

how so? i thought the os was independent from what kind of phone it is, so since the hardware is the same it SHOULD work. some way.

i know it can be done but it hard to do so... if someone has done it great but nokia has started install preventions in newer ngage game so that they dont run on anything else
