Most Java games should run in E398. try downloading some from the S40/S60 games section and bluetooth into the phone.
The file formats should be .Jar

First you need to enable Java Application Loader on your phone. There is a website that has great step by step instructions, I'll send you a link. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post links here...
After you have JAL enabled, you use a program called Midway to send them to your phone.
