My friend is an expert hacker. he can hack dial-up connection, so that he can access free internet service (no cost at aLL!).
But my friend is not easy one, he never let me know how to hack dial-up connection exactly.
He just told me to setting software ISPCE like this pict :

I'm searching via google about how to hack dial-up connection to get free internet access, but nothing clear my curiosity..

So if i may ask, how does exactly to get free internet access for dial-up connection? and how to get query, proxy server, and port like that pict? please let me know..
