INTRODUCTION:

YOYAP! ? is a mobile phone/handset software technology that enables the combination of Voice and lip synchronised Animation Visemes (visual). The result is a highly compelling, entertaining and seamless multi media output that is presented to the user in a number of optional audio-visual formats.

QUICK SUMMARY:

YOYAP! ? renders its functionality in 3 ways to the user:

Live Animation: - live voice call lip-synched animation;
Player: - client device record & playback; and
Movie Maker: - 3GP video encoder ? playback, Bluetooth or MMS relay
1. LIVE! ANIMATION

This feature allows the user to route incoming calls via the YOYAP! ? animation engine. The caller's voice is analysed and combined with an associated lip movement (viseme). The combination of this fast, repetitive voice analysis and visual presentation process is a seamless, real-time character animation of the voice stream.

In short, the incoming caller will appear as an animated character on the device.

2. PLAYER

This function allows the user to record voice files and then at any stage play these voice recordings through the YOYAP! ? animation engine using an interactive menu interface.

The player will animate the voice file initiated.
Multiple voice recordings can be saved and used at any point in either the YOYAP! ? Player or Movie Maker (refer to point 3 below)

3. MOVIE MAKER

Movie Maker is the most powerful of the YOYAP! ? features allowing a user to generate an animated video message with the user's voice and send this to a friend via MMS or Bluetooth.

The user is guided through a 5-step easy-to-use wizard process:

select/record voice file
animate creation
preview animation
generate video
send to friend (MMS or Bluetooth)
The created YOYAP! ? Movie Message will arrive at the recipient as a lip-synched video file (.3gp format) with the selected YOYAP! ? Character and the user's voice input!

The YOYAP! ? Movie file will play on any video enabled handset. The recipient does NOT need to have YOYAP! ? software installed.

use Seleq and go 2
E:\System\Apps\Limeylists\setting
open da Skins.txt file then change Limey wiz whichever character's name u wanna...done!!
open da application and enjoy da new character :D

When trm folder needs deleting this once removed and phone restart normally makes full version. Unfortunately removing trm messes with some apps like zipman for example . Nevertheless great share and this looks like a new yet better facewave type product but for calls ! Cheers illusion for posting :-)

I already try this appz on QD..doesn't work :cry: ..is it for OS7 only mate...but ths anyway?..I will try it on my brother N6680... :wink:

when u change the name of the character in skins.txt the app stops working. does it have to do anything with a licensed version that I have

Dmoe the app is already cracked and the trm folder is just useless it's just 2 buy full version if u r using trial by visa or master card and so on
so if i want 2 keep it i have no problem :)
but the way 2 change characters i'm sure of it 100%and when u edit the skint.txt u'll be able 2 change the character 2 another 1

Got 1 day trial when opened 1st time but closed app and reopened and now seems fine :-) being from binpda you could only expect full version anyway :) give it a day and if still ok then sorted :-) :-)

The application is not that gr8, it is irritating to use while a call is in progress as it switchs on the loudspeaker and no Nokia phones have good loudspeakers.

I got it 4 days ago and it works as a full version wiz no problem :-P
if u don't like dis feature don't use!! lol just use it 4 sending bluetooth messages wiz ur voice only :D

when I click on the yoyap menu icon, yoyap starts, and then goes back out of it again. Is there anyway to sort this problem or maybe get some properly cracked charactors?

Well... it DID work... I loaded it a couple of times, played with it- seemed pretty stupid, so I never played with it anymore. I tried to mess with it again after reading this post- and now when I click on it, it just goes back to main menu. So I uninstalled it- and re-installed it... it loaded the first time, again I played with it for a min or two... closed the app - tried to re-launch it ... same result, immediate close and back to menu.

I guess it DOESNT work on N90 :(
